When you place an order with us, you can expect it to ship fast. We ship daily Monday thru Friday. We use FEDEX shipping for all orders. Orders received before 2:00 PM eastern time are guaranteed to ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM eastern time will ship the following business day. We offer all shipping options including next day air. Business days are considered weekdays Monday to Friday. All products on the website are in-stock unless specified. You will be emailed a tracking number to the email you provide with your order.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 dollars. We charge $6.95 (shipping and handling) for orders under $50 dollars. We ship FEDEX. We use Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight options. Overnight Saturday delivery is available in select areas. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your availability. All orders over $50 dollars ship free to all US states. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, and Military addresses will be shipped via Canadian pharmacy (website www.canadianmedworld.org), as it has an expanded delivery range to remote regions of the United States and Canada.

30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our products. In the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days. There will be no returns after 30 days, however, all warranties will be honored. You must call for an RMA number before returning your product. Since we provide free shipping it is your responsibility to pay shipping fees if you make a return. We suggest that you request a signature so you know when we receive your return. All packages that do not have an RMA # written on the outside of the box will be refused. Also, consider boxing well and/or insuring the product for the value of the item in case there is damage in transit.
